Not necessarily a waste...with all that you are burning you need some extra food. What are you eating late at night? Could you maybe chew gum or get sugar free candy? I too get the late night munchies and can sabatoge myself.

No they make me hurt too. Just not used to working out that part of body so the muscle may not be as strong.

I got Lv1 day 9 done and today is my last day of level 1 :drinker: Woo hoo! Today's workout is TF HIIT 15, 30DSLv1D10 and hopefully JM's NMTZ for some extra toning, if not I'll be doing RevAbs or something I'm really wanting to tone my core and I really want my triceps to get better.

I regret having taken Sat and Sun off due to my congestion and stuff. If so I would be on day 9 today. I forgot that I cleaned all day on Friday and was too tired to do the workout on Friday so I'm a few days behind. So technically, i'm on day 8 today. Had to take a couple days off. My nose was so stuffy I couldn't breath to workout. However, I did my day 5 yesterday and I'm on to day 6 today. Shredders - do you stick to Level 1 for the whole 10 days or do you just go to the next level once Lv1 gets too easy?
