I have such problems getting my water in for the day especially on days that I have to go potty on a stick. Those days i have to limit my fluid intake so I don't "water down" the hormones I'm testing for. although I will do my absolute best to try and get my 100 oz. in. :)

I'm already at 4300/ week so I'll try and bump it up to 6000 for November. I agree with what everyone is saying. Start small and continue to move forward; it can be overwhelming at first. Get all the bad stuff out of the house! If it's not there you can't eat it! For my body I found that Insanity did the most to shape my body. Plus, once I got into and my endurance got a bit better I was able to burn 900 or more calories in about 30 minutes (which is way better to me than spending 2 hours on a treadmill). LOL you are sooo right, well if they can do it on Biggest Loser...why can't we? I'll re-evaluate that and see how it's going after this weeks workouts and stuff and then I'll know a bit better. I've already lost a one pound, but that's mostly water.

Well done! I have tried doing the workouts too and only get like a week in and stop....I just don't like them! But you are a motivation once my shoulder is better then I'm thinking I'll add her workout to my normal stuff.

Thats what I did tonight was a walk/jog with the dogs...I just don't feel I'm getting a good workout unless my HR hits over 150...I'm a cardio junkie. :laugh:

I would love to go to a trainer...but I just can't afford that right now. Especially with having to go to the doc today and then PT next week. I guess I'll just do lower body stuff and the stretches and walk alot. LOL Not my favorite things to do but oh well.

I got my workout in but I'm doing Turbo Fire this time around...I found that right now my body can't handle the two intense workouts. SBJ - Thanks for opening up this thread...reading through makes me want to get out there and do some Insanity! Feeling a bit unmotivated today for some reason....:ohwell: so someone; anyone give me a great big kick in the butt! This is one reason I wish I had someone close to me or my BF to work out with.

I'm not a graceful person either, but you do get to know the moves and it can be done. Just make sure you have plenty of room and go slow at first until you get the moves down.
