  • Very true! The only problem is that so many people (myself included) get stuck doing the same things over and over in the gym. It gets sooo boring! That's why I really like the 30DS...it changes up!
  • Good! When I'm done with it i'm going to start "Ripped in 30" and just keep changing up her videos. I've been seeing people getting realllllly good results doing that! There are a lot of before/after youtube videos. Motivation! lol

  • DEFINITELY do it! It is AMAZING and you definitely feel it. It combines cardio with strength and is a total body work-out. I got burned out on going to the gym and doing cardio so I got the 30DS and have lost 4 pounds so far and I'm only on Day 9!
