Simple answer.. don't drink. As a regular beer drinker it is hard to stop.. but two pints is more than a quarter of my daily calorie allowance, so I'm cutting it out until I lose another two pounds. I agree. Yellow pee = drink more. Clear pee = you should be okay.

I usually keep mine on to see how long it takes my rate to go back down to nearly-normal levels. The quicker you recover, the fitter you are becoming.

I'm afraid to say that, yes, you can indeed have too much water. There are a number of people that have died as a result of drinking too much water, often in hot conditions. I seem to recall that 'straight' water, i.e. that which is not isotonic or have the right salts in, can dilute the salts in the body cand cause…
