Thank you all for your comments, sounds like I am going to have this for a long time. I have been doing quite a bit of strength training since April this year. That's when I started getting fit again. So I'll see what happens. I feel so much better exercising anyways, that I won't stop if the bumps don't go away.

I too eat every 2 hrs...and never miss a breakfast...very important...has worked for me. I am 56 and need to lose 63 pds. Have got 16 off, and have enjoyed every minute of it! A good calorie adder is a Protein Powder (100% Whey--Vanilla), add it to your coffee (Yum!) or orange juice (but OJ is high in sugars). I always fall short of calories, and protein....so the PP might help you!
