  • I made these as part of a Valentine's romantic dinner and it was a massive success. Easy to make and at 74 calories a square definitely worth it. I'm in the UK and used Truvia and extra light Philly so here's another variation on the recipe if anyone's interested: Cheesecake brownie 75g wholemeal flour 60g cocoa 1/4 tsp…
  • I think this really deserves a bump - I'm addicted to CCK at the minute. Made brownies, blondies, fudge and cakes all in one week...... Yum!
  • Why do you want a Polar one? I have just got myself a Suunto one as an early present and I'm really happy with it: It is compatible with all the polar gym equipment but the watches are much nicer looking in my opinion and not so chunky. Mine cost £90 from Amazon…

  • Do you get to choose? I spend my time educating the housewifes and footballers wives of the future. (To be honest, there may be a few leaders in there, but they're the minority!)
  • I'm not quite up to your size (34E) but I bought the shock absorber running one http://www.shockabsorber.co.uk/focus/run-sportsbra.html and I've been really happy with it. It's got really wide straps that don't dig in and it's a little tricky to get on the first time (It has a slightly complicated fastening system) but I…
