Love this book! I also bought the childrens version which translates these into how you relate to your kids! Primary language for me is definitely quality time....bit of a difficult one as it is the one thing none of us seem to have enough of! Great thread!

I started using the app last year, completed the 6 week program and started running 5k races! I have enjoyed it so much I started on the "ease into 10k" program which takes you from 5k to 10k...I have now completed a couple of 10k's. I have done this from not being a runner at all...I definately reccomend it!

I have been on MFP for almost 1 year, joined at the end of January 2011. I started at around 93kg, but my top weight was probably just a few grams shy of 100kg. I would like to lose another…

Trying to catch up on all the challenges today! Fitting everything in on holiday is a bit of a challenge, but hey what would life be without a feww challenges  I've managed 100 JJ's and 200 crunches so far, but will check in properly later!

Great name and banner! I have my dumbbells, and I'm all set to start Sep 1st!

So agree with you! I have improved my time over 5k by doing walk/run intervals! Don't know why but over the long runs my mind tells me I must save myself, I've still got a long way to go! When I know I have to run for 5 minutes then walk for two, I give it much more effort!

Work has kept me busy with some crazy hours this week, so I have some catching up to do with my daily challenges! Today will be a major workout day!!

I've just finished week 8 day 3, and have followed the program pretty constantly. I do it only 3 times a week, as I feel I need to recover from the run! I did my first 5k race this past Tuesday, and put in a time of 38 mins for the whole distance. In my head I knew I could go 5k's because I had been following the program!…
