Happy Monday! Going to get my steps in and headed to yoga!

My goals today: Keep logging everything I eat, drink more water and less diet soda, walk 10,000 steps and climb 10 flights of stair. I did okay calorie wise yesterday, but did not get my steps in:( Today is a new day!

I did pretty well today, better than yesterday. Ate under my calorie goal and walked 11,000 steps.

Just joined group. Started the day by gardening. My goal today is to eat within calorie range and get a long walk in.
