Once you start it is very addictive... I use it as a menu planner as well - will enter what i plan on eating the next day - maybe at bedtime...then when i come come from work starving - i can open MFP and see what i am supposed to eat rather than raiding the fridge! i am on probably 6 or 7 times a day - loggin what i eat…

basically water weight...my first 2 weeks were like 15 pounds...then 1 - 2 pounds a week after that...and now that i am down 50 I am lucky to lose 1 per week. Just be happy that the water weight is off and now you can start an accurate count...it is a lilttle perk to keep you on track! LOL

Set a goal for "cheat day"...25 pounds maybe...maybe 20 - depending on what you have to lose. I used to say "when I get to 200 pounds i will celebrate...then would wait until 198 to make sure i had room to gain if i did without feeling i lost my goal...just an idea!

As far as scales go...week after week mine will read the same...then one week it will say i lost 3 or 4 pounds...without an industrial scale...it is not reliable. If you are eating healthy and exercise...enjoy!

YOU NEED TO CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY THAT THE REASON YOU GAINED WEIGHT BACK FROM LAST TIME IS BECAUSE YOU WENT TO 1000 CALORIES. 1200 MINIMUM IS THE WAY I HEAR IT. SLOW AND STEADY1 SORRY FOR THE CAPS...AT WORK AND ONLY CAPS WORK HERE....

You are doing great - I have lost 50 and it does not show at all in my abdomen...whatever you are doing - KEEP IT UP!

A big one is drinking water...water and more water. Especially when exercising. Also try very hard to meet nutrition goals...I do not lose when eating crap - even though under my calories - I have to eat well: 1 dark green and 1 orange veggie each day minimum Add a salad to every meal...use lemon juice instead of dressing…

Look at it this way - as awesome as you will look 60 pounds slimmer...you will look amazing in comparison to now at 40 pounds slimmer...cut back your goals a bit...and you may surprize yourself!
