Help please x

I am waaaay under my calorie allowance but I'm not hungry at all and have done lots of exercise so should I eat anyway even if I'm not hungry at all.

If it helps I'm 154lbs trying to get to 130lbs in 3-4 months
I workout for an hour each day and am meant to eat 1400 cals a day.
Any advice would be great

    AS Long as you don't go below 1200 calories NET you should be ok!

    How much below your calorie goal are you? Because you do need to get food into your body so it keeps functioning. If you're not eating enough, you won't burn fat.

    That's way too low. Your body will start 'eating' your muscles instead of fat, because your body will go in starvation mode.
    You need to get your food intake up and, as someone already said, go to at least 1200 kcal food intake per day. You won't lose weight if you don't eat, it's that simple.
