  • you lift twice a week and the other 5 days you do cardio? I would definitely consider adding at least 1 more day of lifting, especially if you are one of those people who likes to do long cardio sessions. Especially if your main concern is losing fat and maintaining muscle. You could do weights 6 days a week and minimal to…

  • I don't count strength training at all, but then again its part of my day to day life and i use a TDEE -20% to calculate my calorie goals so its unnecessary for me to add back in normal exercise which strength training is for me.

  • I drink my coffee black with no sugar (ok sometimes i have 1 sugar) as far as it hurting your diet.. coffee is an appetite suppressant so I would be pretty surprised if it affected your weight negatively, unless your drinking like 6 cups a day with milk and sugar . Its also a diuretic if for any reason that is of use to…

  • Man... everyone hating on gloves, I've only ever lifted with gloves, my grip strength never fails... i think a lack of grip training is going to hurt you alot more then wearing gloves.
  • 32kg down another 20-30 to go depending on how I feel, from brisbane. Once you get going it becomes a habit and gets easier, in my opinion anyway.
