no its just like imitation vanilla extract...you find it in the same place. they have every flavor possible even root beer! ( saw that one tonight).

im the same , i lift first. i was always told it was better to lift first then do about 20-35 minutes of cardio after because by lifting first you burn through your sugar and once you get to cardio you are already into burning fat. anyone else?

i would break those workouts up more...but thats me. your body needs time to repair. maybe something like biceps & triceps one day. chest and back another, legs and butt and so one. just an idear ;)

yes! they have pumpkin spice, its my favorite...and yes this tuff is like italian ice BUT like i said previously if you microwave it for 30 seconds it somehow turns to the consistency of reak ice cream :)) ABSOLUTELY AWESOME

just a tip: this tuff is super hard...almost like italian ice BUT if you pop the whole pint in the microwave for 30 seconds it softens up to the consistency of real ice cream.

THIS. only use them if you arent getting enough protein through your food. with that being said, try to eat lots of lean meats. When i have a lot of carbs throughout the day and not enough protein i turn to to my wheybolic extreme 60. it has an amazing calorie/protein/carb ratio and is pretty delicious.

jenna- i get a net amount of 160g. thats with ratios set at 40/40/20/ c/p/f. i think if you want to build up some muscle you could definitely go higher than that 90+ starting point :)
