actually my breast are still real. thats my skin and my breast tissue and even my nipples that my husband grabs ahold of...under the muscle is a little bag filled with some gel. woopty doo.....

its not stupid and we arent fake. thats like saying someone that has a stint in their heart is fake. i have silicone implants and im not a robot for Gods sake. they are under my chest muscles. no one would even know i have implants because they arent outrageously huge....ACTUALLY they are small er than my natural boobs…

exactly. i have definitely noticed that i can burn WAY more calories cleaning my house and working in my yard than i can at the gym for 3 hours (bodybugg wearer). exercise is ANYTHING other than being still. like someone mentioned, back in the day there werent weight sets and all that fancy jazz, people WORKED in fields…

i log my cleaning too. yesterday for example i burned over 600 calories and had a TDEE of 3100 calories. most of this coming from cleaning my house for a few hours and shopping ( i wear a bodybugg so these numbers are very accurate). maybe people (like myself) log these things because we KNOW what we are burning. carry a travel size mouth wash with you. do a nice long swish around and that will keep you from wanting to eat them. nothing tastes good with mouthwash.

mine is set at 32 and i go over sometimes too. its best to get the sugars from fruits and such but even doing that be careful. if you are eating a lot of fruits at night the sugar can turn into fat ( i believe thats what i read somewhere on here before...might want to check though)

im with sidesteal. i basically keep my deficit the same throughout the week and allow a day at maintenance level. now that i think about it, i think hes the one that got me on this kick, lol. hey, thanks buddy!

i too have noticed my waistline getting bigger....my abs are more defined for sure but its hard to get past that waistline. i would imagine the only way to stop that is to quit on building that area up :( BUT i ahve no idea...so lets see what others say.
