i only do the 30 day shred on days off from the gym or when im feeling super energetic and on a mission (which isnt very often). I like it because im always sore after I do it no matter how many weights ive lifted at the gym in previous days.

i just did my first session of level 2 yesterday and thought I was going to die. maybe it will be easier for you. OH and im sore as crap today too ;) ...although yesterday was a weight lifting day for me also, so that might have a LITTLE to do with it lol. GOOD LUCK.

waffles! eggos fiber plus waffles. 2 for 160 calories . pour 1/4 cup of maple sugar free (delicious) log cabin syrup over it and you are done. i agree with the egg white omelettes and of course sugar free oatmeal packets that are 100 calories :)

yea kill the dog. that would solve everything. stupid. its obvious some people just arent dog lovers...amazing how these dogs are attracted and "threaten" the same people that dont like them. I wouldnt be happy about being bit by a dog either but lets use some common sense.

sugar free products :) sugar free maple brown sugar oatmeal (Mmmm 100 cal/pack), sugar free pudding (there are many delicious flavors made by jell-o) that are 60 calories, 97/3 ground turkey which is very low in sodium, and some sauteed sweet potatoes. ahhh wraps! today i had jenni-o extra lean turkey breast that i cut up and weighed out (you can get 4oz for 100 calories) with fat free ranch, romaine lettuce, sliced cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. yummy :) this comes to a total of 310 calories for 2 wraps.

i agree. you are close to your goal weight and 1200 calories may not be sufficient enough. try eating an extra 100 to 200 calories/ day or try calorie cycling. try each one for a couple weeks and i guarantee the weight will start falling off again. you have hit a plateau which means you have to change something. dont give…

I think this is great advice and believe in the whole 'skinny-fat' thing. i still do cardio but basically for calorie burn (so i stay at my goal for the time being). lifting has become a big part of my routine and i love it.

Great Value maple and brown sugar oatmeal (sugar free). they are only 100 calories/ pack too and its delicious. the apple and cinnamon comes in sugar free also. fiber plus also makes waffles. 2 for 160 calories. get the sugar free log cabin syrup and its another 30 calories for 1/4 cup of syrup. YUMMY
