-
FAIL and EPIC. ...even worse when used together.

i think you would have to eat a s*it ton of protein to get sick. i honestly wouldnt think it was what made you feel sick....unless it was undercooked or something. perhaps it was just a co-winky-dink <yea i used that ;) coincidence? not sure how to spell that, ha
-
sweet heavens no! i usually have over 200g of protein a day. if you are going to go over something Id say protein is the one to do it on ;)
-
i think they all do this....we have a hamper 3 feet from the bed but his clothes never make it there. men will be men ;) cereal bowls in the basement, protein shakers in the garage, wrappings everywhere.
-
i do one deep cleaning a week and thats usually on saturday. dishes always have to be done and so does my yard ;)...but not my husband. ha.
-
lol. this may be true but carbs can do so much more...like give me energy to take out the garbage since my hubby wont ;)
-
i love carbs, i would marry them if i could. NEVER giving them up.
-
boom!

same here. i stopped cardio for awhile and didnt like what was happening. unfortunately i had to re-incorporate it back into my routine although my main focus is still lifting heavy. I use to do cardio for a hour or more but now like the above poster said, i do about 30 minutes after my weight lifting maybe 3 days a week.
-
Ive had mine standing by itself for awhile now while at work....although i think you can do it any day of the year
-
definitely count them. i can eat several hundreds of calories in veggies a day. it all adds up. ive had friends that only would eat fruits and veggies but they couldnt lose weight. it comes down to calories in vs calories out. sure, they are healthy but if you eat 2500 calories worth of them and only burn 2000 throughout…
-
i think you have been given some great advice here. definitely up your calories and only try to have a deficit of 250 calories per day. now whether you decide to do this by eating just 1800 a day and not consuming exercise calories back or having a goal of 1500-600 and eating those exercise calories back is up to you.…
-
you get lean...then it shows up like most other muscles :) i love mine and will never let it disappear again!
-
exactly...and you couldve just eaten 2 slices of the pizza. he wouldntve been offended and you wouldnt feel as guilty. the damage...or LACK THERE OF really, is done. tomorrow is a new day. try to keep focused on your goals and move on :)

this. i swap out half the flour in recipes and add flavored protein powder and things turn out just dandy
