This is me exactly! I am down to 155 now and can zip up a size 10!! I am getting to the point where the 12's are too baggy. My goal though is size 8 and around 145 lbs!

Yup, I have the same problem too! I have lost a inch or so from doing the 30 day shred. I am hoping to lose more! I also started to add doing curcuit training and the eliptical a few days a week. Fingers crossed!!

I was trying to figure out what I would do next too! My friend will loan me her P90X but I am scared!! lol! I would like to see what other people do after the 30ds. This will be my first time ever to Finish the 30ds!! I am going to Cancun in 4 months and need to keep going!!

When I first stared I lost 5 pounds in the first week!! But now I am at a stand still! I know I am gaining muscle because my endurance in going up but it does suck to not see that scale move!! I was so tired this morning and I had the worst headache but I got my booty outta bed and dealt with Jillian! And I am so glad I did!! If I put it off I wouldn't do it! I much rather do it first thing and get it over with instead of dreading it all day!

If you cant do the push-ups at all, even the girly ones then I suggest doing it like the girly ones, but instead of your hands on the floor put them again a chair, table or even the couch!!

I would still do the workout! My right calf was killing me and I realized I had not been stretching enough before and after the workout. I am so sore! I decited to extend the stretching just a bit because my calves feel so tight! I laughed at the knee circles the first day and now that stupid warm up is painful! lol! Love feeling better though! P.s. I totally mute Jillian! I put on some fast music and it seems to go by faster!

I am going to try this Again. I mentally prepare myself to do 10 days on each level but I have never made it out of level 1 if that tells you anything. I hope I can stick to it this time! Starting September 12th @ 164 lbs. Good luck to everyone!
