@lerickson427 That is so awesome!! I am hoping that this will allow me to learn to listen to my body more. I also need to mentally prepare for myself for non scale victories and not be so concerned with the weight. I just want my jeans to fit better!! I am planning on being in phase 1 for roughly 15 weeks to lose 40lbs!

I LOVE Realself!! The support and answers you get there is amazing!! I am 6 weeks post op and couldn't have done it without my girls on realself!!
-
I had one done in November and would like to know about this as well.
-
Going to my first consultation for the "mommy makeover" next week! Hoping to get it done in November of this year. Been living on the Realself.com website!!! Thanks for all the pics and advice! Keep posting!!
-
Whats the updates???
-
I believe most doctors recommend that your BMI be at 29 or below but everyone's situation is different. I am getting a TT in November and I am not at my goal weight but my bmi is at 29.
-
Everyone is different. Just because you (one out of many) have had good luck with it doesn't mean the rest of us are making it up. I am happy that you have had a great experience, but don't knock those who haven't. Walk in my shoes and sing a different song.

I have had mine since January 2014. I didn't really start gaining until March. I have gained 10 lbs with working out and a good diet and the scale hasn't budged. After reading many reviews I am planning on taking it out myself sometime this week.

Snacks are a good thing, they keep your metabolism going! Just eat healthy snacks and ones with fiber and protein!! I like the nature valley protein bar (peanut butter dark chocolate) they are good and keep me satisfied until the next meal. If it is snacking out of habit, get raw fruit and veggies!!!

I just started today! I have been on a horrible plateau for the past few months and I figured I would give this a shot! We will see!!

That **** is hilarious!!

I post these types of workouts as calisthenics. Vigorous of moderate effort.
-
So inspirational!!! Thank you for sharing!
-
You took the words out of my mouth! I finished reading them because I have an ocd and I cant stop anything midstream but it was horrible!! I kept ready because everyone says it gets better....it didn't! I was so thankfull when it was over and I could move on to something else!!
-
Love this!!!!! I hated it too!! And the repetitiveness was terrible!! I mean how many times can you be beguiled or famished...how about hungry or starved...I mean, get a thesaurus for crying out loud!!
-
Saving this for later!! Thanks ladies.

I think this is correct! Your HRM is probably giving you your gross and that is why it is over. I have been having the same issues and I think I have just come to the conclusion to use the mfp calories burned and not my hrm....specially if you plan to eat back your calories.
-
My HRM is always more than mfp! And by quite a bit! Like at least over 100 calories burned. I am woried about logging those calories and eating them back but also scared if it is right and I use mfp calories then I could go into starvation mode?? Arg, why does this have to be so confusing??
-
Thank you for this! I am just starting to run. I have the want but not the endurance. I am on day three of the couch to 5k and seeing this really is a push to keep going! Thank you!

I want a workout buddy too!!! BUT, I go to 24 hour fitness!!
