Pretty much anything fast food. I had a major cheat day a few weeks ago and ate chicken express....eeewww so gross! I barely ate it. I kinda miss food making me feel happy......but so glad I dont Depend on food to make me happy!!!

Official Weigh In!!! SW: 173 CW: 171 WOOHOO!! I lost two lbs this week!!!! I do have a NSV too though.....My pants fit....actually are kinda loose....RIGHT OUT OF THE DRYER!!! I had to put on a belt today!!! I am loving the new me!!

I work out 5 days a week and take 2 days off so that I dont get burnt out and I give my body a rest. :smile:
