You just need a really good bat so that you can knock them out of the park! A couple nights off doesn't hurt anything...you'll get it figured out and get back into your workout routine. Just a part of life we all deal with...keep up the great work!

161.2 for me today. Not a big loss, but I'll still take it. Hoping this week shapes up to be a good one....I really want to be in those 150's!!! My goals this week: 1. Drink all my water 2. Work out EVERY SINGLE DAY (It's been a few weeks since I have done that). Have a great week everyone!!!

I have heard a lot of people like cottage cheese pancakes....I haven't tried these yet, but they sound good.... 2c Cottage Cheese (I think some people blend it up to make it smoother) 4 eggs 1/2 c flour You can use wheat flour if you like, and I saw someone added a little splenda, vanilla and cinnamon...which I thought…

This is a recent favorite of mine. To replace bufflo wings with blue cheese dressing....here's my healthy version. 1-4oz grilled chicken breast ( I just use my george forman grill) Spread 1 wedge of LCC light blue cheese on top then drizzle with 1 tsp of franks original hot sauce. Soooooo yummy!

Happy Monday Pin-up Girls. 161.4 this morning for me! I hit my 1/2 way point (and reached my second mini goal a week early)...so excited about that and looking forward to the 150's which is oh-so close...maybe this week!!! -Cassie

I posted this same topic a month or so ago. Someone advised me it was because I lift my heel when running on the elliptical...and it's true. Your supposed to keep your foot flat...almost sit back a little as you run. It it a lot harder that way...but your feet/toes don't go numb.

I am a mom of 4 and work full time, so I see your dilemma. Everyday varies for me...sometimes I workout in the morning, sometimes I work out at night. I too am NOT and early riser. So if I work out in the morning it's after my older kids get on the bus, but this usually means I am late for work (I have a nice boss, so not…

Happy Monday Girls!!! It was a good week for me. Weighing in this morning at 163.6 (-2.4 lbs). My goals this week are to eat a little cleaner and get more strength training in. Have a good week everyone!!!

Okay...I am gonna have to buy about 4 tubs of cottage cheese to try out all these great suggestions. Personally, I haven't found anything that I don't like with cottage cheese....love the stuff. Thanks for the great post!

Nice Ticker ;) .....Rock On, Celebrate...you did Awesome!

This is what I found for ya: 1.Refrain from puncturing your blisters. Doing this will only lead to infection and thus slow down the healing process. To prevent the accidental popping of blisters, cover them with a soft dressing. 2.If your blister gets punctured, make sure to keep the flap of skin above the raw area intact…

Hey Girl!....there is a BIG difference! I can total see the loss in your neck and face. Your doing great...keep with it!

I second the Black Eyed Pea's Pump It! That one really gets me motivated!!!

Great Job Everyone! Some of the losses are pretty impressive...way to go girls!!!

Good Morning Everyone....03/21 weigh in for me is 166.0!

I don't think there is anything wrong with potatoes. I personally, don't eat a lot of them. Have you tried Rutabagas? I just tried them for the first time about a month ago and love them. To me they are similar to a potato...but lower in calories and carbs. I just make them the same as a potato...steam, bake...ect. To me…

Thanks Rach, I am so excited to be a part of this group! Week One Goal for me: 1. 60 Minute Workout Each Day. 30Min. Strength/30Min. Cardio

I asked the exact same question when I started...I don't know if I got an exact answer, but basically the "consensus" was that it's not enough of a strength training workout to burn out your muscles. I was sore for the first 7 days (legs)...sometimes felt like I couldn't possibly do the workout, but I just pushed through…

I just finished level one. I am just under 170 lbs and with my HRM it says I burn anywhere between 180-220 calories in the 30 minutes. I usually burn a little more if I warm up on the elliptical for 10-15 minutes before hand (that's when I hit 220ish) If I don't warm up I am closer to that 180 calories burned. Personally,…

Please add me to the list. I have been looking for a group to join for the last month, this looks like fun! CW: 168.2 Let me know if you need anything else.... -Cassie

I am on day 10 of level one...I do it with 5 lb weights...but I don' t know if I could make it through after running that much before. I run for about 10 minutes, then do the shred and then finish my cardio after that. Maybe try switching your routine around. I am ready for level two...

I am actually the opposite, I feel like I have to eat almost all day to hit my 1200 calories. Make sure you are eating healthy, nutrient rich foods. Things that are high in fiber and protein keep you fuller longer, and vegetables you can eat a ton of before they calculate into any major amount of calories. Take a look at…

Hum, that is pretty interesting. I guess I am going to have to pay attention tonight and see if that is what I am doing. I know if I get off and walk around a little it does go away and then I can get back on, but it's kind of annoying to have to do that. I know it's not my shoes because I run in them and the are fine.…

I would go with the HRM...just make sure you entered all your personal info. correctly. I have the opposite....my HRM shows higher than my Elliptical...but my elliptical doesn't ask for a weight or any personal specifics...so I would guess it uses an pre-programmed weight of 150lbs...so that is where the difference is…

I just made them tonight and it made 30, but I filled the cups pretty full.

I just started using this stuff this week after reading about it on here. I love it, love it, love it! Fortunately, I haven't had a problem finding it...all the local stores have it where I am from.

I am on day 4 of Level 1. I was really sore after day 1, almost didn't do day 2 but I made myself and wasn't too sore the next day...did day three last night plus I added a 30min. elliptical workout and today I am pretty good. I think the key is stick with it and push through the soreness. You can do it!

I've had it and think it is pretty good. If you like regular oatmeal I think you will like it.
