Elliptical Issues - Anyone else have this?
For some reason my toes/feet go numb or fall asleep when I run on my elliptical usually around the 30min. mark. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone else have this happen? I wear my running shoes...I am clueless as to why this is happening. It's more irritating than anything.

I think I need an IV
I have been so good about getting my 8-10 cups a water a day and normally don't have a problem...but this week has been so crazy busy that I haven't had the time to drink much of anything. I would like to get a HRM...everyone talks so highly of the Polar brand I thought that is what I would get. There are so many different models....I don't know what to get.
