Just wondering. Is going over the protein amount bad? I don't go over by a ton, but I am always over. (never mind...just saw another post about this)

Change your mfp settings, it's OK.

there are numerous threads about this one, you will find there is a very very mixed group of opinions about this subject.
My feelings,,, If you are losing weight, you are good. if it is a natural amount of protein you are adding to your diet, then you are good, but if you are purposely eating more protein then it will be harder to maintain that after the initial weight loss ends.0 -
I think more protein is better. Muscle needs protein and the more muscle the more calories you burn the more fat is gone the more weight you lose. Keep it to lean protein especially on the shakes.0

I only know from experience, that when my weight loss slowed down/stopped for a few weeks, I started noticing I was usually 7-15 over protein most days. Now I keep a strict check on my protein, and I'm back to losing 2lb a week0
