I tried to follow the steps to fix it and I can't even disconnect Jawboneup,I keep ending on up the main page for Jawbone products. I guess it will get fixed soon. :neutral:

I bought gelatin from Great Lakes brand and I was planning to add it to my foods,I also use collagen. When I use it for a while I will report back if I get any benefit. The Upgraded Collagen has made a difference,I have less pain in my knee and my skin looks better.

Every once in a while on Keto I get moody and that's when I know I need a carb up.A few nuts or something nothing too crazy. Sometimes I just ride it out,but I can tell when it's really bad. Anyone feel free to add me!:)

I make mine with coffee or yerba mate, two tablespoons of Kerrygold, one tablespoon MCT oil and Ceylon cinnamon,some raw vanilla powder and stevia or Splenda. I really love it .

Omg I can relate.I sort of mental stress myself out of doing this with senseless fear. I have forced myself to go do things but after a time it becomes to hard.Just try running alone and working out at home till you feel more confident,that seems to work for me.Maybe we can encourage each other.
