Yes someone posted about that from a forum here...I only know about Spark bc of my iphone app...I like it because it has a recipe calculator also. If only I knew about that last night instead of adding up by my own calculator everything in my dinner LOL :laugh:

Welcome, this website has been such a help to me. I have NEVER kept a diet before (except unhealthy ones, red bull and stackers was one) and I have been on this diet for 2 weeks and have lost 9lbs and its become like second nature to me :) Good Luck
