    So, I tried the frozen version today and realized I liked it better before I froze it... LOL. I know it said "ice cream" but I think I just wanted some cheesecakey-goodness... Maybe spread it on a graham cracker, yum.

    I made this the other day and it was alright, not fabulous. I added extra vanilla as well. I might make it again.

    I made a strawberry cheesecake shake out of this last night, used a little bit of vanilla almond milk with it to thin it to a milkshake consistency. It was really yummy :).

    I like the flavor of this but I find more and more that I don't like how hard it turned out once frozen so I think extra cream next time I make it for sure to make it creamier.

    I completely agree with you. I liked it better before I froze it. The graham cracker idea is great.

    so i tried making this and i think i goofed...

    Is it suppose to tast extremely cream cheesy... i mean i literally felt like i was eating a stick of cream cheese... or maybe it is too cream cheesy for my liking?

    Great recipe! I made it a few night ago and was in heaven! I added some vanilla and stirred in some chopped up strawberries. It really tasted like strawberry cheesecake!

    That's a good question! I've seen/tried it all my life but now that i'm faced with this question I'm not entirely sure. Try doing a google search. But I think its just like milk with more fat than whole milk. However, it's different than Heavy Cream. Not sure what the difference is between the two.
