This is sooo easy and delicious! AND a 1 cup serving is only 112 calories!! But I have found that even with my huge sweet tooth and OBSESSION with cheesecake, that only a few spoonfuls satisfies me!

1 pkg Phillidelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, room temp
500 mL, or 16 TBS Kraft Fat Free Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 to1/3 Cup Splenda (I use 1/4 cup, but you could use up to 1/3)
1/4 to 1/2 Cup fat free half and half (depends on how thick you want it)

Blend together ingredients until smooth, freeze overnight (depending on your freezer, of course lol) AND ENJOY GUILT FREE!!

What I do is double the recipe, so that when it's done I can just scoop it back into the empty Cool Whip container for freezing. Works perfect!!

Sounds great, I will make that as a treat for my grandkids while they are here. Question, I use Whey Low as a sugar sub, which is 1:1 with sugar, is splenda the same way or would I use less of the whey low?

Sounds good but splenda really isnt good for you. Aspartame is a chemical that's dangerous for our bodies. Natural sugar though not as good for losing weight is a healthier option. You should try this recipe with some Stevia, its all natural, it comes from a plant. Thanks for the recipe :)

Yummy. I will have to try that. Probably without Splenda though, I've sworn that off.

I just made a tub of it and it's in the freezer now. Thinking of sprinkling half of a crushed up graham cracker on top and topping with thawed frozen strawberries :).

I made it, it was very tasty. I didn't blend it well enough though so there were still chunks of plain cream cheese so I've learned my lesson for next time.
