Add me! I need more friends too. I fell off track over winter and a lot of friends dropped me! But I'm back and need some accountability!

I feel the same way. I was losing weight consistently until we had a couple weeks of guests in late august and I was thrown off track a bit. I've eventually gotten back into working out and eating right like I was doing while losing but the numbers just wont budge. Even this morning, I was expecting to see some of the…

I'm losing not to get pregnant (I've had two kids while being super overweight) but I believe it will help take some of the edge off of the pain I felt during pregnancy. I was almost immobile because my hips and back hurt so bad and I am hoping that losing the weight will help with that!

All I can say is supply and demand. Make sure you've emptied completely after nursing/pumping and nurse/pump frequently. Oats, fenugreek, and water also SEEM to help but I'm not sure. Definitely get best results from nursing/pumping fully and often. I do remember when I was working and pumping with my first child I was…

Hello! I have an almost 4 month old baby and today I officially lost all of the weight I gained from my pregnancy with her. The first 15-20lbs came off from baby, uterus, water, etc in a few weeks and then it stopped and I didn't really get started losing real weight until about 3 months ago. BUT now I am working on the…

I struggle with the same problem! I can only make it to the gym about once a week if my parents can watch the kids (I can only go to the gym as my husband's guest). they've called me home a couple times because the 3month old wasn't taking the bottle of breastmilk. it was getting really frustrating. so, now i force myself…

At last years color run I told myself to try to actually run it this year. Well, this years came along and since I just had a baby I didn't have time to train to run. I can only run about a half mile straight right now :( Oh well! Promising myself for sure I will run, not just walk, next year! Your post is pretty…

I've been weighing in daily in the mornings AND even sometimes at night for comparison. For one thing, my weeks went by so slow and the scale was just taunting me when I just weighed in once a week. But by doing this I'm learning so much more about what sodium, drinking extra water and really good workouts can actually do…

Same here, just got done my second pregnancy in a row. And with an active healthy body comes an active healthy mind comes confidence, fun, etc... works both ways too! My husband definitely got some pregnancy weight on and he's working on it too. Its been fun.

My husband and I are both getting in shape sometimes together and sometimes separate and we've definitely become closer because of it and we JUST started.
