100g greek yogurt 50g stewed apple (or any other fruit/berries you like) I like mine warmed. half a Hartleys no fat, low cal jelly (blueberry and raspberry is my fav) mini meringue nest (all sorts of supermarkets do them , only about 15 cals each) A mountain of delicious dessert.

I am 5'6" and was 154lb at my heaviest. Got down to 109lb which i liked, but have since gone up a bit (I blame Christmas and such!) Hope to even out around 112lb in a couple of weeks after some careful eating. My before and after are in my profile. Good luck with your fitness and weight loss.

Morning all. I am 51 and have been doing this for well over a year. Lost weight before joining, now taking down the last few stubborn pounds. Wish it was steadier, but it does come off if you stick to the plan!!! Add me if you still need friends.
