I hate the idea of cooking strawberries when they're so lovely fresh. but if you have a glut then needs must. Microwave a slightly over- ripening handful and add to greek yogurt. If you crumble a mini meringue on the top (15 calories) then you've got a really nice dessert.

The steaming idea is probably the simplest and I think that keeps the flavour well. I regularly roast veg, especially root veg. I never add any oils, sprays or anything. I did the freebie one and enjoyed it, so I get them delivered. I like the fact that I can choose my contents and delivery really easily. I use them if they are below 140 calories as a treat every few days for my lunch. The dips are really tasty, and because they are measured I can't overdo it. Win win!:love:

Me too! I have a little book with every day recorded since about 3 years ago. On this site I only record when my weigh in day (Saturday) is a loss. Unfortunately this has not been very often lately.
