I have been at the same 7lb since about Christmas. I get all excited as I drop to within 5lb of goal, then it all goes on again, or worse, this week an extra 1lb up. So fed up. And no, I am not binging, no I haven't much changed my exercise routine except for swapping pilates for zumba as it's the only day I can get to the…

I know absolutely nothing about gastric bypass surgery, but am always happy to be friends with and support anyone. I admire your resolve, and will be interested to see how it all works for you. Good luck,

I am the all time picky eater, althought in a different way, I really dislike the texture and taste of just about every meat and fish I ever tasted as a kid. So I turned vegetarian as soon as I left home. From someone who likes pretty much every vegetable (especially sprouts!) can I also plead advocate for roasting (don't…

What on EARTH is a goldfish cracker???????

Have to say I do like the fat free on its own. However, I quite often do myself an evening treat with 100g fat free yogurt, 30g blueberries (warmed in the microwave), and half a pot of Hartleys low calorie jelly. If I'm feeling totally decadent I crumble on a mini meringue (15 cal) It's like an Eton mess and totally…

So intrigued by this I shall have to try it.

Following a totally homemade family lunch for the Bank Holiday, I polished up the leftovers for supper; mixed green salad, low cal potato salad, couscous, and the most delicious tomato, basil, red onion and low fat mozzerella tart.

I have no idea what alfredo sauce is supposed to be, but this seems like a delicioius sauce to me. I shall be trying it soon.

Love the idea of adding honey and cinnamon, or making it herby. Thanks for sharing.

I tend to save my little treat for just before bed time. So a bit of chocolate, a fat free marshmallow or a stick of liquorice with a cup of coffee or an options hot choc drink. Then i can regulate myself through the evening, knowing that there's something nice waiting for me if I've been good. Pretty much works for me.

I am in a total rut, but it's a vegetable, salad rut. I alternate pretty much between a huge salad, and blitzed up veg soup. Suits me, as it's cheap and healthy.

I have been logging almost daily for years, and will continue to do so till the bitter end! Happy to have new friends. Sending you a request. And I will give you encouragement alongside the *kitten* if you do the same for me!:drinker:

I am in England, so this may be all wrong, but I am a size 6 (usually) with a pair of GAP size 0 jeans. They may be generous, inacccurate or only for idiots, but I get one hell of a kick when I wear them.

I Adore cauliflower. I like it roasted, mashed, steamed, and grated up with some cheese to make a gluten-free pizza crust. About the only way I DON'T like it is raw. :-) Can't wait to try the breakfast version! [/quote] I even like it raw. Does that make me weird?
-
Me too. It works for me and has for the last 2 and a half years or so.

I confess that I know I am GOING to over-eat this weekend. I have been steadily keeping below my cals for the past few days, especially so that when my kids take me out for birthday dinner on Monday (they had so better be planning to take me) I can over-eat and minimise the damage. Course, if they don't take me out then I…
