I think it is a bad idea to judge your weight on the actual number your scales is showing. The variances due to water, poo, pee etc. just make a snapshot-in-time weight quite meaningless. Ok, I'll start, I got this recipe from my Grandmother years ago Beans on Toast 1 small tin Heinz beans 2 slices white bread Toast bread, heat beans in microwave, put beans on toast. Nutritional info: loads of protein, bread etc.

I never once counted carbs specifically and have lost 52lb since the beginning of May. To my simple mind, a calorie is a calorie is a calorie and a deficit of 3,500 calories is roughly equal to 1lb weight loss.
