In my town this winter the temperature got to -20C.Don't look at the average, because there are towns where in winter gets to 15-20C( and I have friends from there that say they've never seen snow)

Some people (like me) can workout completely fasted and others can't.I have a friend who tried to workout fasted and he felt really dizzy.Try it for yourself and see if you can handle it.Personally I workout with nothing but black coffee in my stomach.

There's nothing bad about drinking sweetend water.Personally when I sit on my computer I have a big bottle of water right next to me and I just drink.Especially now that it's summer it's even easier for me to drink a lot of water.

I'm following the 16:8 IF.My advice is to try to get as active as possible up until the eating window.Do stuff that take your mind of hunger and drink plenty of water aswell.That's atleast how I deal with it. :)

Personally I have a kickboxing background, but now I'm training for police selfdefence and is mostly grappling/throwing/disarming an opponent which used to be weird at first but now it's getting better. :)
