It asks how many people it serves and I don't know how to figure out how many it serves nor serving size to figure out how many it would serve

I had one of these today. Out of town to Dr appointments and fiance wanted to take me to longhorns steakhouse. We enjoyed ourselves and I logged it all. It's a good insight. I saw a post someone said that if you aren't honest about it you're only lying to yourself. That really helped me. GOODLUCK

Hm.. If I were at my goal weight I'd get me a sexy outfit and go out with my friends or fiance. Probably get my belly button pierced and a side tattoo. Always wanted them but I realize fat girls don't look good with side tattoos or a belly piercing!

I was doing mine on Friday but changed it to mondays for one of the groups I'm in but it's once a week.. I also get on every once in a while out of curiousity but it doesn't bother me.

Add more vegetables to my meals.. Get all my vitamins in.. Accurately log my food (Kitchen Scale purchase) Finish 30 Day shred or be close to it.. I'd like to lose... at least 5 pounds!

I see how that could happen.. but I can't cut it completely out or ill stop everything all together. I've tried that before, this is a new thing I'm trying. I done McDonald's/burger king excessively for 4 years. I know it's not the food it's how much I ate of it and how often. My sandwich for 6" sub is currently about 335…

That's why Im quitting them. The ones I like the burger alone is 500+ not to mention the fries. So I made alternates that I like better.
