MFP exercise calories..

Calories info... Need some wisdom!
My calories are set at about 1900 a day.. I eat when I'm hungry every time.. Sometimes I eat barely over 1200 not including the exercise I do.. That being said.. Is that bad? Should I make myself eat more on those days? Inform me please!

I work third shift and not sure how to post my meals... I take a lunch between 1 and 2 in the morning would I post that as my breakfast or would I wait until I woke up after work and post whatever we're having for lunch or supper (whenever I get up) as my breakfast and when I go to work post that as my supper?

Ice water bath for recovery?
Has anyone tried this? Yesterday and the day before were the two days of starting to workout, my thigh got sore from squats (two days ago) and it's still hurting. I'm wanting to workout today but it's kind of giving me a pain in the butt. If you don't recommend this, what do I do? Push through? Take today as a rest day?

HRM question...
The max heart rate tobe "in the zone" is 170, so when my heart rate goes over 170 it says that I'm no longer in the zone. Is this something to worry about? Do I look over it or slow down until it goes back down?
