Anyone trade their chips (grippos, cheetos, exc) for wheat thins?
What do you think about them?
I get the Wheat Thins reduced fat, I love them!

Hint of Salt Wheat Thins are my weakness! I cant keep a box in my house or ill eat the whole box in a sitting!0

Wheat Thins and Triscuits I tend to over eat.... don't know why. Just can't control myself. I can sit with a block of cheese, a box of triscuits, a bottle of wine... and polish it all off.
I am a BIG FAN of the "Food Should Taste Good" chips when I need something crunchy. They have a little fiber, a little protein. I count out my 10 chips and have them with a laughing cow wedge. Nummies!0 -
I'm able to resist potato chips recently (though they were a big cause of my original weight gain), what I find myself still missing is chips and salsa.
I know salsa is still healthy if you buy it fresh (packaged salsa contains about a billion milligrams of sodium) but I haven't been able to find something tasty to eat the salsa with (no, I will not eat salsa with wheat thins or pop chips). Baked tortilla chips aren't all that healthy and also taste like cardboard, I have found.
Anyone have any ideas?0 -
I like Wheat Thins but I love Triscuits especially rosemary and olive oil or cracked black pepper and olive oil. I also like the suggested toppings on the back of the box.0

I like the mini quaker rice crackers - 130 cal for 18ish (I do 30 g) and quite yummy!
I can also polish off a block of cheese and box of crackers so I try to avoid being in that situation... :-/
As for salsa - I really like the La Flavorita chips (1 oz = 60 cal, that's a lot of chips) but alternatives could be celery, cucumber "chips", cheese, etc... it depends on the type of salsa and how much I plan to eat - mini rice cakes could also work, the plain ones at least...unless you like the spices then look for the sea salt and pepper or the tomato basil...0 -
I tend to sub pretzels for chips. Rold Gold Fat Free Tiny Twists, 100 or 110 calories per serving (about 18 pieces), are my new favorite crunchy snack.0

Me too!!! I had to stop buying them......they are just as addicted as chips.0 -

My new fave "chips" are Special K's new cracker crisps. For 30 chips it's only like 90 calories and they taste so good with a texture very close to a regular chip!0

Sorry, not Kellog's but Special K...0
