Protein, Vitamins, Multi-Vitamins... Hmm!

Hello again..
I'm sure some of you have already read quite a bit of my posts but the way I see it is; I'll never know unless I ask. My question is now what vitamins are good for you? I read other forums on the subject but got so many different answers but the ones that they highly recommended aren't negotiatable with me because of the expense.. I read not to get the One-A-Day multi-vitamins or the ones that used oxide or Cyanocobalamin. I also need a good protein shake powder. This is what I was thinking but if you have better then let me know.. please!

Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate
Spring Valley Omega 3 Fish Oil (I've read a lot of people recommending fish oil)
Spring Valley Co Q10 with L Cartinine
Spring Valley High-Potency Vitamin D. D-3 1000 IU

Would I even need a multi-vitamin if I took all three? If so, what would you recommend? Give me everything you know :)
