HRM question...

The max heart rate tobe "in the zone" is 170, so when my heart rate goes over 170 it says that I'm no longer in the zone. Is this something to worry about? Do I look over it or slow down until it goes back down?

If you're only briefly over I wouldn't worry about it. Whenever I take up a new exercise my HRM is constantly over my defined zone, but the time I'm over decreases each time as my body gets used to it.0
