Third shift posting meals trouble...

I work third shift and not sure how to post my meals... I take a lunch between 1 and 2 in the morning would I post that as my breakfast or would I wait until I woke up after work and post whatever we're having for lunch or supper (whenever I get up) as my breakfast and when I go to work post that as my supper?

Hmm, I suppose it's whatever is more convenient for you, as long as your consistent with it. If it were me, I would log it as your first meal of the day since MFP automatically flips days at midnight, and you'd have to flip back to yesterday otherwise. You can change the names of the meals under Food > Settings and name it lunch - 1am too if that's easier.0

You can rename the meals, so you don't have to have "Breakfast", "Lunch", and "Dinner". Go to Settings/Diary settings and you can rename them there.
I have "6:30 AM", "9:30 AM", "12:30 PM", etc... as my meal names.0 -
Thanks, I didn't know you could change the settings on that. I'll do that then. Thank you!0

I eat at such bizarre and irregular hours that I just lumped my whole day into 'noms'0

I work 3rd shift too. When I get to work, that's my breakfast. Then my lunch 5-6 hours later.
Or, whenever you wake up the first meal could always be considered breakfast.0
