mine were fine also. i am on spironolactone for about the past year because once i got off HBC my body was going crazy, same symptoms you have and classic PCOS symptoms. low dose spiro and low carb are the only thing that's helped me thus far.

i would see your doctor for thyroid and hormonal testing. they're the only ones who can disgnose you surely with PCOS. theyll be able to get you on a plan to help the symptoms. in the meantime, lower carb and low sugar diets can alleviate some of those symptoms.

how tall are you? i am short, petite and have a desk job and i sustain on 1300 calories just fine, rarely am i hungry after my goal, but if i am i eat a snack. it doesn't have to be so black and white and you do not have to be hungry while losing weight.

if your diary is correct you need to go to the hospital immediately. weeks of eating 0-300 calories per day is unacceptable. this is not a site for eating disorders or tracking for the purpose of anorexia. PLEASE GET HELP IMMEDIATELY.

i weigh myself everyday just for my own personal interest of my fluctuation for various reasons including this. when i was eating badly (high carb, high sugar) i tended to have a 3-4 pound inflation. when i continue to eat within my macros during this time i only gain 1 pound or so

i started at 40 minutes, three weeks in i was at 38, a month after i was at 35, my first official was 34:25 and my second official was 30:25 minutes. i've run them on my own under 30 minutes but not in an official race yet. looking forward to that!
