Half a week. Before that I did T-25 for a month. It has A LITTLE weight lifting but it's basically just cardio. I rarely feel hungry. The only time I am super hungry is first thing in the morning, and if I haven't eaten in three hours or more.

I know other people have said this, but it's really what works for you. I've tried 1200 and I don't lose. I will lose at first, but then I plateau SO quick.
