In the fall and winter I use the "fake" pumpkin spice recipes I found on pinterest. I use stevia, solid pumpkin, almond milk and vanilla. Heat it up and then pour on top of coffee. Delicious!

My craving is chocolate, so I keep a supply of emerald 100 calorie pack cocoa roast almonds as well as string cheese, small cups of fruit, sugar free chocolate pudding, sugar free hard candies and kale chips.

I've run into the same problem, but I need to watch sugar, due to borderline diabetes. I have pretty much taken out bananas and yogurt, due to their high sugar, which I know is probably not good. I can tell by taking those out I am always low in other vitamin areas. I haven't found a solution, either.
