You have to figure out what works for you. I have to eat them and then some or I feel like I am starving myself. I do believe in eat them back. Experimenter with your body. Find out what it needs. Proof is in the pudding (not literally). Try to eat healthy, exercise and find balance!

Eat less and exercise more! My favorite and what has really helped me with my core is Pilates. It is not a quick fix but you can work your abs everyday. Make sure you have correct form so you are not training your abs to pooch out.

I have the same problem. I eat well all day and then blow it at night, especially if I can't sleep. I try to leave myself some calories for snacking at night and sometimes I drink Sleepy Time tea to help me fall asleep. I do notice that when I am cutting calories I have a harder time falling asleep, which makes it harder…

The first thing I notice is height and then I look at the way he walks (I don't know why but a funny walk turns me off) and then I take it all in. If I like what I am seeing I keep watching. I love looking at good looking men.

I wore a bodymedia arm band and a heart rate monitor for a month and averaged the two sources. They were always way lower than MFP. Now I know what I burn so I manually change the calories burned to what I believe is correct. For my size and fitness level there is no way I burn what MFP says I do.

From my experience, our bodies go through an ebb and flow of being satisfied and hugnry. Try not to stress about not meeting your calorie goal this week expecially if you are not hungry. Next week it could be the total opposite (nothing will satisfy). Try to always eat healthy, listen to your body and not overeat.

I don't work at a desk all day, I am a stay at home mom. I wore a pedometer for a couple days to see how many steps I was taking and I found a formula that told me my life style. I am still considered sedentary. I hope this helps and keep up the good work.

I have the same thing and have had it for some time now. It usually happens to me in the mornings and if I am dehydrated. I try to get up slowly in the morning and drink lots of water. I hope you find something that works for you.
