1. I went to the market in the morning and still made it to zumba class a little late but I got there. 2. My 8 yr old took all his medicine even though we was gagging and crying as I made him do it and he still hugged me afterwards! 3. I washed all my kitchen towels.

I don't know what a warrior dash is but I will agree with what you said about being tired of being tired. I have also lost my motivation a bit, it always happens to me during the holidays, I don't understand why. Anyway, I will be happy to help motivate you so I will add you. I still have 35 lbs to go and I was supposed to…

My back started hurting yesterday and then today I can barely walk or breathe and I've had company all day yesterday…

yeah I always eat them back and more, I've been at plateau for more than 2 weeks so I was wondering if I should stay at 1200 but I get very hungry so maybe I am not eating right even if I do over eat. I used to do the fish oil, I will start it again, thanks!

I can do regular pushups yet can I modify and do them on my knees?

you can do it Justin, add me if you need a friend! I struggle with the same thing, I feel the only think that keeps me sort of on track is the exercise but I have been plateauing and I know it's because of my eating habits. I am determined to learn how to eat better and actually do it.

It's ok, don't give up, just start over as many times as you need to. Don't be hard on yourself, forgive yourself. Try to find things that can motivate you or different ways of doing things that can help you stay on track. It's definitely a learning and growing process and discovering about yourself and how your body…

I haven't been that lucky to lose that way most of my weight loss has been everywhere else but the tummy, not giving up though currently looking for ways to lose it. Anyway, Congratulations! Congratulations! I am 4 lbs away from being at my halfway point so I think I can understand your excitement. I will have to agree with you on the MFP website, it really boosted my weightloss and has helped me stay focused. Other years I would have given up by now but not this year. Welcome to this site, I hope you like it…

I know what you are going through, I realized have struggled with it all my life now that I know what the symptoms are, and I know how hard it is to get out of it. The good thing is you are deciding to change and it starts with baby steps, I started walking a mile every other day until I was able to start jogging and then…
