Its been a while since i've been on the site but thought i'd share some of my experiences. I don't like using terms like "hard-gainer" but we do exist. As a lot of people have already mentioned you can definitely get in great shape training at home however if you plan on training as frequent as 5 times a week make sure you have a good plan and work different muscle groups on each day.
