This is boring but at my last office job, I'd keep a large bag of raw almonds in my desk. It really came in handy and filled me up when I was starving & didn't have a meal... also protein bars.

Congrats on just about making it to maintenence. Yes, I've found MFP to be pretty accurate. I'm pretty active and eat about 2000, I'm 5'8" 140.

Or look at craigslist. Def recommend cleats but if you really can't, then I've found that my most rigid-soled sneaker worked the best.

I love our trampoline! I have 2 small kids and we got a medium sized one recently. We jump together almost everyday, it's pretty much the only cardio I do.

Thanks for the feedback. I rolled my feet on a nubby foam roller I have and lifted in my new Chucks today. Big improvement, think it was a shoe issue.

I can do chin-ups no prob but use a resistance band to assist with pull-ups. Someday. I feel like I'm making a lot more progress doing the pull-ups w the resistance band since it's diff muscles than chin-ups.

Thanks! Yes, I have 187's ready to go. I'm really excited. Noticed today that my used helmut has a dent so I'll get a new S-One unless there's something better? Also planning to wear neoprene sleeves under the knee pads.

It's just learning the basics, meets 2 times a week for 6 weeks. It's a prerequisite for joining the league.

Specifically, it's the joints at the bases of my middle toes. I try to make sure my feet stay planted on all lifts, not aware of any toe curling.

Oh good! The into meeting is tomorrow and bootcamp starts in a few weeks. Tried on all of the gear today, can't wait.

I don't eat meat but my kids do. Today, I dumped in a bag of chick thighs, ital dressing, lemon and onions in my slow cooker. Kids LOVED it. Sliced up the rest and made chick noodle soup (w lots of veggies). Easy.

LOL. For real? But seriously, CICO. I was a fat vegetarian, now I'm not, largely in part to MFP showing me how many cals are in everything.

You can do negative or assisted chinups until you can do the real thing.

I'm a single mom and having good success with Strong Lifts 5x5. I only have to go to the gym 3 times a week. Daily workouts are not practical for me or my kids but I try to stay active in general, like walks and hikes with kids on non-lifting days. I also rely heavily on coffee, lol.

I do Strong Lifts so there's just 2 workouts. I'm in and out in abour 30 min. Super simple, just about 3x a week.

I have a hard time hitting my protein goal so I try to have a shake a day. I have yet to find a brand I love, though.
