My suggestions: go for fruit and veggies first where ever possible. Stay away from deep fried foods and sauces. You should do okay then. Always keep in mind portion size when it comes to proteins. As for cocktails...sip slowly. LOL

I used to do that same thing...my son helps clear the table but I do most of it. I just got it into my head that if it wasn't on my plate I wouldn't eat it...if I was no longer sitting down at the table, I would not eat it. I make up 'rules' for myself in my head. LOL

you have to make sure you replace your good bacteria afterwards, that's all I know. I know my daughter's doctor is not someone that likes the idea of them. I tried a detox once but I didn't notice any difference. I did the Jillian Michaels program. Everyone is different.

I just started doing zumba at home, too. I feel awkward and I KNOW I don't look anything like they do when I am attempting those steps. I do like any form of dance exercise, though.

I'm 50 and have been through surgery to remove half of my thyroid becuz of an autoimmune disease. My thyroid had started having problems after my first child was born 20 years ago. I have gained so much weight but I am giving this a try. I don't care if if comes off one pound a week just do it comes off!
