I totally agree!!! I have used WW online in the past before I knew about MFP. I feel MFP sets you up for better eating habits and portion control.

I take a multivitamin when I can remember lol. I take GNC women's vitamin capsules, Ultra Mega ($19.99). I really have noticed a difference when I take them on a regular basis. I have the fitbit flex and I love it. I don't tend to use it for sleep mode very much. I'm not sure how accurate it is. I would go with the one if you are wanting it for sleep and your runs.

the word "diet". when people found out i'm losing weight they ask what diet I"m doing. I'm eating anything I want but within my calories that MFP has set for me 1700. i have peanut butter several times a week. I used PB2 which is powdered peanut butter. 2 TBSP is 45 calories. YOu can find it online at amazon or i have found it it fred meyers healthy section.

a food scale is the best investment ever. I had the same problems with out the scale. Amazon has some great scales
