Looking for people who log in everyday and track all they eat. I'm 5'6" and trying to lose around 1 lb a week. Was doing 0.5lb a week but not seeing results.

I used IIFYM calculator to set up MFP and lowered my calories since I don't want to do what MFP suggested for the 1 lb week weight loss.

When I started MFP in Jan I did track all my food the day before. I did this the night before and packed my breakfast and lunch to work. I also plan my dinners for the week so I have some idea of how many calories I need. I love to be able to do it the night before because it takes out the guess work for myself and I know…

I ended up going with 160-165 range for my goal weight. I'm 5'6inches and very muscular girl that has always been athletic. When I have looked up several charts it always says 145-150. About 5 years ago I was 150 lbs and people though I was sick and not eating. At this time of my life I worked out 6 x a week for 45-60…

I have deleted some of these people because of one or more of the following reasons. 1. diary is closed 2. eat less than 1200 calories a day I have had a couple that are around 900 3. eat crap all the time (fast food and tons of candy) and still be under your calorie…

I would say pass. I tried one and returned them all back to the store. I had a massive headache after eating one. I did some research and they use fake sugars which give me bad headaches. Also they use these 'fake sugars' that have been banned in some areas of the world for cancer causing issues.

you had me at Mexican rice lol. I will be trying this soon.

Welcome to MFP. So far I have had good experiences here but I have also heard that some of these message boards can be rude at time. I don't tend to post much on the message boards and tend to ask my "friends" here

I can't do artificial sugars, they give me horrible headaches. I tried a quest bar for the first time and had a horrible headache because they use sugar alcohols derived from aspartame! I understand the reasoning behind having no calorie sugar because it's in a lot of things but I feel that the natural form is best for us…

An example is a Fuji apple at the grocery store is anywhere from 1.50-1.99 a pound. The local fruit and veggie stand you can get much bigger and better apples for no more than 0.79 a pound. I love going to the local fruit and veggie stand. It's cheaper and the produce in my opinion is way better. Product tends to last…
