I make a cheatday whenever I feel like one, but i wouldnt call it a day since i just eat one unhealthy meal. I really enjoy eating clean so it doesnt happend to often actually. :)

I just had a look what it is, so i always focus on getting ca 120g protein, about 100g healthy fats and max 150g of carbs. So I actually do it, i just never heard of a name for it before. Or did i misunderstood something? It's hard somedays, but it works for me! :)

I had just a little charity competition with the boxes in my area. There were 3heats, so we had to wait between the Wod. I think its important to make sure you stay warm, if its a cold day, you get to freeze quickly!

I normally have a 200/300cal deficit :) Personally i think its most important to it the right stuff to the right times! I focus on my protein intake and eat low-carb. Real food is better to digest from your system, i get the feeling i could eat the same amount of cals from healthy food then from unhealthy and still would…

I do the same atm and it works quite well! I eat about 120g of Protein a day and low carb. But you have to train very regular, so you really keep and gain muscles.
