Hey, I started in October! Add me :)
-
Well, GET USED TO IT.... it ain't easy, for nobody!
-
1200cals aren't healthy! Go up by 50calls each week, so you won't gain back weight. I'd recommend you weight/strength training. Build muscles in order to "tone" up and burn more calories. Cardio isn't as good as everyone is thinking!!

cant see anything

Its true that it won't work wonders, but she wants somenthing to boost the weight-loss, not smth that makes her slim while she eats fries! :D The thing is, all these natural ingrediens, like coffeein, etc wont help. Nutrex Lipo-6 is really good! You gotta serch in bodybuilding areas.. plus like the others already told you,…

Her smile :)

I would throw some weight-training in there, way more effective! And if you make sure to have a rest day each week you should be fine.
-
I know, its really hard too start. But nowadays you will find everything in the internet, just spend a little time. Do 3sets of 12reps for each exercise. You can message me if you need help, i am not a professional, but i'm working out for quite some time now and alot of my friends are personal trainers, so i know at least…

-
I still eat fruits and whole grains btw
-
i dont eat sugar, but it took me months to do it and i still have a cheat one in a while :) Even in a lot of processed meat and white bread is sugar, so its hard as :P
-
@bvifun Sure, for some people in situatios like that 1200cal is totally okay, but its just not usual and there are girls who do sports and burn a lot more then they eat. Its all about the net calories.. @golargbgbg1 cheats are great ;)
-
your body needs a special amount of calories to function, if you go below that for too long it will adapt and burn less calories. Thats it.
-
Hey, you probably will gain a little, but you still can get rid of it afterwards ;) and then it will stay away and you'll feel awesome! I read you last topic and you can be so proud of yourself for taking this step! Must be hard for you but at mfp you'll get support for sure!
-
No, squats and lunges are awsome! Eat enough protein (1g per lbs) and they will groooow :smokin:
-
@erin8389 because we care
-
Did it for about 3weeks, but stopped then. I know now what hunger is, but because of a change in my daily routin it doesnt work for me anymore. How long are you already on your combo?
-
Try to eat your carbs when you need them so for breakfast, before and after a workout. To conserve muscle mass its important to get enough protein 1g per lbs. Thats what works for me :)
-
its not about motivation but dedication :smokin:
-
eat on a deficit of max 500kcal, so 1200kcal a day is not really appropriate and healthy. You can go lower then that for about 2weeks, but then your metabolism will slow down and you'll hit a plateau. fun.
-
oh and if you do not so already, i would highly recommend some weight training, you build muscles which burn a lot of calories and you get toned :)
-
these arent a 100% correct, but its good as a guidline! :) http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/

Hey, you still can be on a strict diet with more calories! Or use your old one and add some nuts and fruit, which are super good for you and high in calories :) Did you ever calculate your BMR? This would be important.
