I don't eat sugar since the start of the month, at least I try to. It is really hard for me! I had 11clean days out of the 15 now. But I got a new tactic now, longest time in a row were 5days, so this time i will do 6days, etc. Good luck to you, be stronger then me! :wink: :blushing:

1.Nutrition (low carb and 1g protein per lbs) 2.Strength training (5/6times a week, but work with splits so your muscles get rest) Thats what works for me, just lower your body fat percentage and gain some muscles, there are many ways to do that, just find which one works best for you! :smile:

I did 32inches once, i seriously don't know how! Since then i struggle with way lower ones, last time i jumped right into the box and my legs got all swollen with heaps of bruises. I so wanna do them though, just practice will help i guess. Let's fight all together weeks for week haha :smile:

hey, no, too much protein is never bad! To build muscles you need about 1,6gr per kg, i set mine to 2g to be save. Your body just takes what it needs and the rest gets flushed out,. The good thing with eating a lot of protein is that it makes you eat less carbs. So don't be stingy with it ;)

If you are hungry try to change up your food choices. I have the same calorie goal and eating a lot of veggies helps me to stay full. But i do heaps of exercise so i basically eat min +300cals, think about doing more Cardio. :) Btw 1200cal is actually a recommended calorie goal for 4-8year olds.. think about that.

Hey there, currently i am eating low-carb (max110gr/day) and min. 120gr protein. Well at least these are my goals, not able to make it everyday. In October i will try Paleo as well, first I'll just cut out the grain and stay with this for 6weeks, after that i'll see how i like it. I wish you good luck with staying with it,…

Hey, the beginning is always the hardest! You have to fight now and make it a habit! seriously i get sick just thinking at mcDonalds, sure the last time i had it it was awesome. I don't say anything about it, if you just have it as a treat once in a while and I f*cking don't care about the calories, but since I eat clean I see the nutritious (or not so nutritious) side of macces and its disgusting..
